The World's Strongest Boy

Who is the world's strongest boy?

Richard Sandrak, Little Hercules, is 12 years old and packs 100lbs onto his 4' 10" frame. He boasts measurements of 35" chest, 12" biceps and 19" thighs. His training routines are not publicly detailed but all will soon be revealed in a video outlining the regime that led to Richard becoming the world's strongest boy.

He claims to maintain a balanced diet based around vegetables, fruit, cereals, soups, oatmeal, salads, chicken and fish. He does not consume butter or "foods containing animal fats", but we'll know more about it when his advisors publish a Little Hercules nutritional book (complete with recipes). Apparantly his supplement intake is restricted to multi-vitamins, minerals, amino acids, calcium, essential oils and protein shake.
